Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society. **About the role** ================== We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Services team in Madrid and play a key role in driving our financial reporting, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll analyze and interpret financial data, support global reporting, and contribute to strategic decision\-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the Division FP\&A Controller and regional controllers by delivering comprehensive, complete, and timely financial information for the purpose of business management and decision making * Enhance and develop new reports in Tagetik and drive BI tool solutions (QlikSense and Sharepoint) to improve processes and drive automatization * Perform month\-end closing activities incl. proper financial analysis on actuals vs. budget and prior month forecast * Ensure timely submission of legal entities reporting packages and according to Sulzer standards. Support entities in reporting related issues * Be the Services division point of contact for reporting matters in Tagetik and provide training to legal entities worldwide * Perform various ad\-hoc reporting requests to ease division financials understanding * Contribute to the monthly preparation of the MIS presentation * Monitor and control HQ Cost Centres and CAPEX spending * Actively support in the Budgeting and Forecasting processes * Support cash forecasting **You will need to suceed:** * University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, with 3\+ years of experience in FP\&A or similar finance roles. * Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and data analytics capabilities; advanced use of financial software. * Solid financial acumen, global process understanding, and strong commercial awareness to support business decisions. * Excellent problem‑solving, prioritization, communication, and collaboration skills for working with cross‑functional stakeholders. * Strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills; experience with Tagetik, Qlik Sense, or ERP systems is a plus; fluency in English required. **What we offer you** ===================== * A permanent contract. * A competitive salary as well as participation in the variable remuneration system based on personal and financial objectives. * Restaurant tickets * Be part of an experienced, international team. * A good vibe working environment. * Enjoy great office facilities and a perfect location in Madrid Nuevos Ministerios, making your work experience both comfortable and convenient. * Other fringe benefits Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
