**About the Team** =================== We are looking for an **AI Software Engineer** to join the team of one of the **leading telecommunications industry players**, where you will have the opportunity to participate in building and evolving **Generative Artificial Intelligence** solutions with real business impact—taking use cases from experimentation to large-scale production environments. As an **AI Software Engineer**, your day-to-day work will focus on designing, developing, and deploying applications based on **Large Language Models (LLMs)**, contributing both to the artificial intelligence aspects and the software engineering required to build robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions. You will participate in developing **RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation)** architectures, integrating models via APIs and microservices, implementing **AI Agents** and intelligent workflows, as well as continuously evaluating and optimizing the performance of deployed solutions. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, architecture, and product, contributing to the adoption of best practices in development, observability, automation, and continuous deployment in cloud environments. **How We Envision You** ------------------------ * Solid experience developing software and AI solutions in enterprise environments. * Passionate about Generative Artificial Intelligence and its application in real-world products. * Clearly **hands\-on** profile, capable of combining technical AI knowledge with a strong foundation in software engineering. * Comfortable working in dynamic environments, collaborating across teams, and participating across the full lifecycle of solutions. * Analytical mindset, quality-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement. **What We Are Looking For** --------------------------- * Professional experience as a **Software Engineer, Backend Engineer, or AI Engineer**. * Experience developing **Artificial Intelligence and/or Generative AI** solutions. * Experience taking AI solutions from prototype phase to production. * Proficiency in **Python** for application and service development. * Experience working with **APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures**. * Solid software engineering knowledge and familiarity with development best practices. **AI / Generative AI** ---------------------- * Experience working with **Large Language Models (LLMs)**. * Knowledge and hands-on experience implementing **RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation)** architectures. * Experience working with **embeddings** and vector databases. * Familiarity with frameworks and tools for developing LLM-based applications. * Experience or knowledge of **AI Agents / Agentic AI**. * Ability to evaluate the quality, accuracy, and behavior of generative model-based systems. * Knowledge of techniques such as **Prompt Engineering, Function Calling, Tool Calling**, and **Structured Outputs**. **Cloud \& Engineering** ------------------------ * Experience with at least one major cloud provider: **AWS, Azure, or GCP**. * Experience working with **Docker**, and Kubernetes experience is a plus. * Knowledge of **CI/CD** and **DevOps** practices. * Experience developing and consuming **REST APIs**. * Knowledge of **observability, logging, and monitoring** applied to production systems. **Who We Are** -------------- We are **Glintt Global**, a leading technology company in the Iberian Peninsula, with over **30 years of experience** developing innovative solutions that directly impact people's **quality of life**.
