Description

If, to you, a data point is not merely a number in a cell—but the beginning of a story that can change the course of a business—we need to talk. At WAM, we know that having the best data infrastructure is meaningless if no one knows how to interpret it. We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who will serve as the pivotal link between technical work and our clients’ strategic decisions. Under the leadership of the Data Lead and working side-by-side with Data Engineering, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights, interactive dashboards, and brilliant business conclusions. Your mission will be to convert data complexity into strategic clarity. You will design advanced dashboards and analytical models that illuminate our clients’ challenges, demonstrate ROI, and support cross-functional growth across our practice—backed by irrefutable data evidence. **What you’ll actually do:** 360° Business Analysis: * Develop analytical models to assess the impact of each marketing channel across the customer’s entire digital lifecycle. * Standardize analytics and reporting strategy by unifying methodology company-wide, enabling cohesive communication across marketing and sales departments. * Conduct both holistic business analyses and area-specific analyses (acquisition, conversion, retention, or loyalty). * Integrate and analyze offline and online channel data to facilitate data-driven business decisions. Data Visualization: * Design, evolve, and maintain interactive dashboards using leading tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to identify business opportunities, detect trends, and enable data-informed decision-making. * Ensure the visual layer is intuitive, actionable, and tells the right story. Technical Implementation: * Collaborate with strategy teams to define required implementation steps to ensure accurate data capture—and subsequently transform that data into client-facing reports. * Coordinate with the technical team on implementation across client platforms (eCommerce, Web, App, etc.). Consulting & Quality: * Advise leadership and teams in Creativity, Marketing, and Sales on data-driven decisions to accelerate client growth and efficiency. * Support the Data Lead in interpreting data for executive meetings—translating technical complexity into clear, strategic recommendations for clients. * Work hand-in-hand with the Data Engineer to guarantee absolute data quality and accuracy. * Document business logic and maintain the KPI glossary for each project. **We grow with you—and care for you:** * Flexible schedule: Balance your personal and professional life. * Hybrid model: We enjoy seeing each other 1–2 days per week in the office—but always with maximum flexibility. * Salary: €34K–€40K gross annually, depending on your experience. * Special days: A day off on your birthday, and on December 24 and 31. * Equality Plan: An inclusive, respectful environment offering fair opportunities for all. * Flexible Compensation: Access our plan via Cobee. * Professional Development: A tailored development plan aligned with your profile and aspirations. * Reduced Hours: Fridays end at 3:00 PM. Additionally, during summer (June 22–September 11) and Christmas (December 21–January 8), we work from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. **Must-haves (if you don’t have these, this role isn’t for you):** * Education in Data and AI. * Analytical Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Marketing Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role—preferably within digital ecosystems or consulting firms. * Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. * Business Mindset: Demonstrable ability to calculate and understand key business metrics (ROI, LTV, CAC, Conversion Rate, Engagement, etc.) related to areas including Marketing Automation, Paid Media, UX/UI, or SEO, among others. * Minimum 2 years of analytics experience specifically for B2C and B2B eCommerce. * Communication: You must be able to explain a complex dashboard to someone with no data background. * Languages: English at B2/C1 level (required to handle technical documentation and present to international clients). **Nice to have:** * Experience with advanced analytics, including attribution modeling and predictive modeling. * Experience with A/B testing. * Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem (Marketing Cloud) and its data model.
