At **Devoteam**, a strategic partner of **Atlassian**, we are looking to hire an **Atlassian Architect** to lead the design of solutions for digital transformation projects with national and international clients. You will work defining scalable, secure architectures aligned with Atlassian’s best practices, supporting teams throughout the entire project lifecycle and becoming our clients’ primary technical reference. **100% remote work model**, with preference for candidates residing in **Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Bilbao, or Zaragoza**. **Job Description** **WHAT WILL YOU DO AT DEVOTEAM?** You will be responsible for transforming business needs into scalable technological solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem. Beyond configuring tools, you will design architectures, lead technical decisions, and support teams to ensure the success of every project. Your responsibilities will include: * Analyzing client needs and designing the optimal technical solution. * Designing architectures on **Atlassian Cloud and Data Center**. * Defining solutions on **Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management**. * Estimating effort, scope, and resources for projects. * Providing technical support to the team, resolving questions and removing blockers. * Collaborating with Project Managers on project planning and tracking. * Maintaining continuous communication with clients and participating in decision-making. * Designing validation strategies and documenting solutions. * Evaluating new requirements and proposing improvements. * Collaborating with Sales and Delivery teams by providing technical insights. **Requirements** **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Experience as a **Solution Architect** or **Atlassian Architect** in implementation and digital transformation projects. * Experience designing solutions on **Jira Software, Confluence, and JSM**. * Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. * Experience defining architectures, governance models, and best practices. * Experience estimating projects and defining technical scope. * Ability to technically lead teams and manage client communication. It would be a plus if you also have: * English level **C1**. * Certification **ACP\-120** or other Atlassian certifications. * Official Atlassian accreditations. * Experience with migrations to **Atlassian Cloud**. * Knowledge of **Automation, Assets, REST APIs**, and integrations with Marketplace applications. * Experience with Agile methodologies. **Additional Information** **WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT DEVOTEAM?** At Devoteam, we believe technology delivers greater impact when combined with people’s talent.
