We are currently seeking a Project Manager for the construction of renewable energy projects (Wind / PV / BESS). **Mission** Ensure proper management of renewable energy projects during the construction phase, leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating internal and external resources to meet technical, economic, health and safety, and sustainability objectives — in accordance with industry standards, applicable regulations, and ENGIE’s corporate policies. **Responsibilities** * Plan and maintain comprehensive project control, defining scope, schedule, budget, resources, and key milestones. * Lead and coordinate internal and external project teams, ensuring effective integration across disciplines (engineering, procurement/logistics, H\&S, ESG, quality, construction, and commissioning). * Lead and supervise project execution, ensuring compliance with scope, timeline, cost, quality, safety, and applicable technical and legal regulations. * Monitor project progress, assess risks, contingencies and deviations, and drive implementation of corrective actions in response to significant issues. * Manage the project’s contractual and administrative framework, verifying contract compliance and processing changes and change orders. * Facilitate stakeholder engagement by convening and coordinating follow-up meetings and promoting effective communication. * Coordinate the acquisition and tracking of permits and authorisations required for project execution, including environmental and construction-related aspects. * Coordinate commissioning, start-up and energisation activities, verifying compliance with requirements up to COD (Commercial Operation Date) and associated documentation. * Prepare project documentation and reports (Project Management Plan, construction readiness, KPIs, risks and reporting), ensuring traceability and supporting decision-making. * Ensure implementation and compliance with Safety and Hygiene, Diversity, Cybersecurity, Environment, Sustainability, Ethics and Compliance Policies, as well as defined organisational procedures and processes. * Manage and develop the assigned human team, maximising their contribution to the organisation. Collaborate in defining and implementing Corporate Culture. **Minimum Requirements** * University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Renewable Energies or similar) * Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction project management, including team coordination and contractor management. * English language proficiency at B2 level **(Optional) Preferred Qualifications** * PMP certification * Relevant experience in electrical installation commissioning is desirable **Required Competencies for the Role** * Experience in managing and executing renewable energy projects * Planning, resource coordination, cost control, and risk and opportunity analysis **Committed to Inclusion** At ENGIE, we value and promote diversity and inclusion.
