This project represents a unique opportunity to leave your mark on a sector benchmark project. **Your Role and Responsibilities:** As a BIM Modeler (Site), you will be a key player in the coordination and execution of the project. Your main responsibilities will include: * Creating and managing detailed BIM models for the office complex project. * Collaborating closely with the site team (engineers, site managers, architects) to integrate the BIM model into daily planning and execution. * Detecting and resolving clashes (Clash Detection) to prevent construction conflicts. * Generating drawings, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation from the BIM model. * Continuously updating the BIM model with real-time site information. * Ensuring proper implementation of the project-defined BIM standards. * Participating in coordination and project progress meetings. * Analyzing and continuously improving BIM workflows. **What We Are Looking For:** We require a professional with a proven track record and the following qualifications: * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a BIM Modeler, preferably on building and office projects. * **Technical Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of BIM methodology and its applications on site. * **Software:** Advanced proficiency in BIM modeling software (Revit is mandatory), as well as clash detection tools (Navisworks, Solibri). * **Skills:** Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, proactivity, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. * **Education:** Technical university degree (Architecture, Construction Engineering, Building Engineering) or related Higher Vocational Training. * **Languages:** Technical English proficiency is considered a plus. **What We Offer:** At Eosol Group, we value talent and commitment.
