High client interaction in complex projects Overview: \#LI\-RM1 We are seeking a **System Engineering \& Automotive SPICE Team Leader** to lead development projects in the automotive sector, with a strong focus on **Systems Engineering and Automotive SPICE compliance**, The role combines technical leadership, team coordination, and high client interaction in complex, high-technology-value projects. What You'll Do? Define and maintain the **system architecture**, ensuring correct integration among hardware, software, and subsystems. Manage the requirements lifecycle: elicitation, analysis, decomposition, traceability, verification, and validation. Participate in and lead key **technical reviews** (SRR, PDR, CDR) with clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure technical consistency across different engineering domains. Ensure proper application of **Automotive SPICE processes** (primarily levels 2 and 3\). Define, deploy, and monitor processes for: Prepare and support **ASPICE audits**, both internal and client-led. Act as the ASPICE methodology reference within the project.* + Requirements management + Configuration and change management + Work product management + Process performance monitoring * Plan tasks, distribute workloads, and track deliverables. Ensure technical and methodological quality of the team's work. Requirements Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in similar projects. Fluent English. Additional languages are a plus. Skills * Systems Engineering (V\-model). * Automotive SPICE (PRM / PAM). * Requirements and traceability management. * Tools such as DOORS, Jama, Polarion or similar (a plus).
