Our portfolio includes brands such as SmartRental Collection, Akeah, Malacuna, Live It, Suio, Evoca, and Lemonade, covering various vertical markets within the Living and Hospitality sectors. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Conversion, coordination, and billing of stays across various SmartRental Group properties. * Handling reservations and customer requests within stipulated timeframes. * Customer service via phone, e\-mail, reservation systems, and chat. * Ongoing communication with various front desks to coordinate customer-related information. **What are we looking for?** * A commercial profile with negotiation skills, solution-oriented mindset, and proactive attitude. * English proficiency is mandatory. * Disability Certificate: Must hold a disability certificate (equal to or greater than 33%). * A consistently service-oriented attitude aimed at delivering high-quality customer service. * Telephone sales experience is valued. **What do we offer?** * **Temporary contract.** * Full-time schedule (40 h/week) with **rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday**.
