Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Technician proficient in A3nom, responsible for comprehensive payroll, social security, and tax administration, with initiative and problem-solving capability. Key Highlights: 1. Expert in payroll and social security management (A3nom, Siltra, Delta) 2. Handling of collective bargaining agreements, IRPF, regularization of arrears, and Social Security notifications 3. Proactive and solution-oriented individual Payroll Technician. Expert in A3nom. Diploma holder Employee onboarding/offboarding, contracts, contract amendments, dismissals, certificates, settlement payments, submission of social security data, Siltra, CRA files, processing of temporary disability (IT), work-related accidents, Delta system, payroll processing, managing Social Security notifications, filing Forms 111 and 190\. Attendance at SMAC. IRPF calculation and regularization, handling of collective bargaining agreements and regularization of arrears. Proactive and solution-oriented individual. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Summer schedule (June 15 to September 15): 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Remote work every day.
