Job Summary: We are seeking building maintenance professionals with experience in electricity or air conditioning for general maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Key Points: 1. General building maintenance with a focus on electricity or air conditioning. 2. Conducting periodic inspections, repairs, and responding to malfunctions. 3. Autonomous and responsible position in facility maintenance. Two building maintenance positions are available in Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid), focused on electricity or air conditioning. The contract is permanent and full-time, with working hours from 7:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday. Salary complies with the sectoral collective agreement. Responsibilities include general building maintenance tasks such as periodic inspections, electrical or air conditioning system repairs, and responding to malfunctions. Candidates must have proven experience in electricity or air conditioning and be capable of performing both preventive and corrective tasks. No specific academic qualification is required; however, practical knowledge and proficiency in using trade-specific tools are essential. This position requires autonomous and responsible work within a facility maintenance environment.
