The position focuses on key revenue cycle tasks within the finance department of an established corporate group. Main responsibilities include managing the entire billing and collections process—from invoice issuance to account reconciliation—ensuring transactional accuracy. It also involves actively tracking outstanding payments and resolving any issues that may arise. The team consists of six members, enabling direct interaction with other company departments to maintain a smooth flow of financial information. Work is conducted under the supervision of the Finance Director, with continuous emphasis on maintaining data integrity and supporting periodic accounting closings. Additionally, analytical reports on billing status and customer portfolio are prepared, contributing to the organization’s financial visibility. The contract is permanent, full-time, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 9:00–18:00, and Friday, 9:00–14:30\. During July and August, an intensive schedule applies: 8:00–15:00\. The role is on-site in Madrid, with a competitive remuneration package aligned with the candidate’s experience. A degree in Administration and Finance, Business Administration (ADE), Economics, or related fields is required, complemented by two to three years of practical experience in accounting administration roles—specifically in billing and accounts receivable management. Solid knowledge of billing procedures, bank reconciliation, and support for monthly or quarterly accounting closings is essential. Proficiency at an intermediate-to-advanced level in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and management is required. Prior experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is considered a strong advantage. The ideal candidate demonstrates an organized profile, problem-solving ability, meticulous attention to detail, and skill in managing multiple priorities within a dynamic environment. Furthermore, strong communication skills—both for internal coordination and client interaction—are fundamental.
