We seek to hire a **Senior Manager specialized in Workplace Transformation**, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace, who will lead strategic digital transformation initiatives in complex environments. This role will serve as a key subject matter expert, advising clients and internal teams on high-impact decisions, driving infrastructure modernization and the evolution of the digital workplace. This position offers an excellent opportunity to deliver real impact and further advance your career within a dynamic and highly collaborative environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead Modern Workplace transformation programs and projects based on Microsoft 365, including complex migrations, platform upgrades, and architectural changes in hybrid and cloud environments. * Design, define, and deploy digital workplace solutions (collaboration, productivity, security, and endpoint management) aligned with technological strategy and business objectives. * Manage the full project lifecycle, controlling scope, costs, risks, and timelines—optimizing transition speed and minimizing operational impact. * Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, business, and vendor teams) to ensure seamless, high-quality, end\-to\-end delivery, fully integrated into the client’s ecosystem. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace, advising on strategic decision-making and defining technology evolution roadmaps. * Continuously assess infrastructure and workplace strategies to meet evolving business needs. * Analyze cost factors, technical dependencies, and associated project risks to propose efficient and scalable alternatives. * Lead and mentor senior teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, service governance, and alignment with security and compliance standards. **Requirements:** * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365\. * Minimum of 8 years of experience in roles related to digital transformation, infrastructure, or Modern Workplace. * University degree in a relevant field. * Strong problem-solving ability, strategic thinking, and results orientation. * Communication and project coordination skills in complex environments. The position is based in Madrid under a hybrid work model—working some days from home and others in the office, where you can build meaningful synergies with your team. Residency in Spain and valid work authorization in Spain are mandatory.
