




**Responsibilities** * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on the office building and warehouse facilities, following established plans and procedures. * Work on electrical, air conditioning, and other general building installations, ensuring their proper operation and maintenance. * Collaborate with the rest of the technical team to ensure the quality of interventions and the operational continuity of the facilities. * Identify, analyze, and report incidents, anomalies, or material requirements to the maintenance supervisor. * Properly use and care for tools, materials, and work equipment, maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations, correctly using personal protective equipment (PPE). * Complete basic documentation associated with performed tasks (work reports, delivery notes, etc.). * Participate in training activities organized by the company. **Requirements** * Minimum 10 years’ experience in comprehensive facility maintenance. * Solid knowledge of electricity. * Knowledge of air conditioning systems. * Knowledge of plumbing. * RITE and/or REBT installer or maintenance technician license. * Additional training, certifications, or licenses related to the position are valued. * Ability to work as part of a team and in collaborative environments.
