




Position Summary: We are seeking an HSE Technician to coordinate and supervise Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements in industrial projects, participating in design and construction phases. We are looking to hire an HSE Technician to participate in \*\*industrial projects (\*\*Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, Oil & Gas, etc.), integrating into a technical team at client facilities, with offices in Madrid (Ifema). This position is primarily office-based, with availability to travel to project sites when required. What will be your mission? * Coordinate and supervise the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements in industrial projects. * Participate in the design phase by preparing and reviewing HSE studies, Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Risk Assessment Reports (GRA), Hazard Identification (HAZiD), Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOP), and Safety Integrity Level (SIL) analyses. * Review installation drawings, 3D models, layouts, and technical documentation from an HSE perspective. * Provide HSE support during the construction phase, including audits, inspections, and contractor monitoring. * Ensure compliance with current legal regulations and client standards, preparing technical reports and coordinating corrective actions. What are we looking for? * University degree—engineering highly valued—and a Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) covering all three specializations. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HSE Technician in industrial projects (Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, Oil & Gas, etc.). * Knowledge of Environmental Management standards (e.g., ISO 14001). * Experience in both engineering/design and construction phases. * High level of spoken and written English; you will work in an international environment. * Availability for occasional travel to project sites.
