Maintenance Official

Description

We are seeking a maintenance official to work in central Madrid, near Gran Vía. Responsibilities include performing minor repairs in electricity, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting, and locksmithing for a luxury hotel chain, as well as supervising HVAC, heating, ventilation, and domestic hot water systems. At least two years of experience in similar tasks and a valid Type B driving license are required. This is a full-time indefinite contract. The schedule is rotating: two weeks Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, and one week Monday to Sunday at the same hours, with a one-hour lunch break. The salary is €1,700 gross per month paid in 14 installments.
