To achieve this, we seek a passionate individual—dedicated to safety and continuous improvement—to join our **Technical Management team as Employee Safety**, within our **internal Occupational Risk Prevention team**, at our central offices in Madrid. This is an excellent opportunity to directly impact the safety of our operations and actively contribute to cultural transformation in this area. You will be part of a key organizational team, leading safety initiatives, supporting our operational teams, and promoting a preventive culture across the entire company. Key Responsibilities: * Develop occupational risk prevention training content and deliver training to Front Line Managers. * Conduct and review occupational risk assessments, and develop prevention and quality-related instructions. * Carry out periodic internal audits. * Coordinate external prevention technicians across various work centers. * Monitor safety KPIs using Power BI. * Conduct field visits and inspections. * Drive and monitor the Operational Safety cultural transformation pilot project. #### **What Do You Need to Succeed?** * Qualification: Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention. * Experience in operations. * Assertive communication skills and ability to influence others. * Planning and organizational skills. * Task management and problem-solving abilities. * Residency in Madrid or availability to work on-site at our central offices most of the time. * Availability for national travel (approximately once per month). * Advanced level of English (desirable). #### **What Do We Offer?** * The opportunity to improve people’s quality of life.
