Description

Currently, we need to hire a professional from the social field (Social Work, Social Education, or Psychology) for the **Hortaleza (Madrid)** area. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing the interactive TV project to be developed at the center, as well as supporting active aging activities carried out in the region. **What will you do in this role and what are your responsibilities?** * Facilitate user participation in social media and other telematic platforms of the telecare service, aiming to promote active and healthy aging. * Register users in the Interactive TV system or in the platform used for activation activities. * Welcome users into groups with an introduction to the service. * Provide users with information about all available group activities they may join. * Organize group training sessions—either in person or remotely—for users requiring such support, and monitor their progress. * Activate all assigned groups and organize in-person meetings. **What do we offer?** * Temporary contract * Full-time position * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. * Salary: €1,481 gross per month \+ two extra payments **The ideal candidate:** The ideal candidate must have experience and skills to obtain and provide necessary information regarding the service and its users, deliver psychosocial support to vulnerable individuals, and identify situations involving social risk. Additionally, professional training in the social field, communication and empathy skills, ability to work collaboratively, and a proactive, service-oriented attitude are required. **Requirements:** * University degree in Social Education, Social Work, or Psychology. * Specialized course in sociocultural activation **Recommended training and knowledge:** * Interest in technology * Technical skills: Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word…), social media usage, image editing software. * Experience facilitating group activities. * Strong communication skills. * Outgoing, charismatic, and creative individual. **A bit more about us** Tunstall is a leading provider in the healthcare and assistive technology market.
