Here, your voice matters—to co-create specific work plans and identify opportunities for improvement with suppliers and key stakeholders. #### **This challenge is for you if...** * You have proven experience in **Demand Planning or Forecasting** roles, managing product lifecycle planning and historical time-series analysis. * You master data analysis, alert management, and interpretation of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as *Forecast Accuracy*, Availability Rates, and stock turnover. * You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams. * You have **availability for occasional travel**. * You hold a **fluent level of English** (minimum B2/C1\) enabling you to communicate confidently and participate actively in international and cross-functional projects with the group. #### **What you will do...** * **Forecasting and Strategic Planning:** You will develop demand forecasts based on historical data, seasonality, and market trends, performing monthly planning of sales evolution across stores, clusters, and logistics centers. * **Product Lifecycle Management:** You will ensure omnichannel forecasting for new product launches and coordinate stock arrival to perfectly synchronize the end of one collection with the launch of the next. * **Forecasting and Continuous Improvement:** You will evaluate weekly deviations between forecasts and actual sales, select appropriate algorithms, and monitor continuous KPI improvement (Availability, turnover, toxic stock, OTIF). * **Connectivity and Support:** You will share forecasts with supply teams and suppliers to ensure optimal service levels and address root causes of stockouts. * **Governance and Projects:** You will work interdependently with the Demand and Circuits teams to implement SC strategy, and participate in functional analyses, testing, and improvement projects with Adeo. #### **What we offer...** * **An Impactful Onboarding:** We design a personalized onboarding process to help you deeply immerse yourself in the Supply Chain area’s strategy, meeting key stakeholders from day one. * **Tailored Development:** We nurture your talent with continuous training programs, advanced tools, and real professional growth opportunities within an international network. * **Flexibility and Work-Life Balance:** We believe in responsibility and balance.
