At PwC, we are looking for a professional **passionate about Talent Acquisition & Attraction** to join our Human Capital team. With **1 to 4 years of experience** in the following areas: * Managing recruitment processes for Junior and Senior profiles within a high-volume hiring department * Identifying client internal needs and required profiles * Publishing job postings * Experience in direct candidate sourcing (highly valued) * Attending university presentations and job fairs at leading national universities * Screening and conducting telephone and in-person interviews * Managing onboarding of new employees **Required Competencies:** * Ability to work autonomously * High level of English proficiency * Advanced Excel skills * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail * Excellent high-level communication skills * Planning and quality orientation in work * Teamwork * High tolerance for pressure
