Job Summary: This position seeks a professional to provide alternative accommodation and social support to families with minors experiencing residential exclusion in Madrid. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support for families experiencing residential exclusion and access to temporary accommodation. 2. Collaboration in social care and family support. 3. Participation in social innovation processes and professional development. **Workplace:** Avenida de Córdoba 21, 4th floor, Local 2, 28026 (Madrid) **Program:** Alternative and Temporary Accommodation Program aimed at families with dependent minors and potential to develop a socio-residential autonomy project **Professional Group:** 3 **Vacancies:** 2 **Working Hours:** 38.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday **Gross Monthly Salary:** €1529.48 (14 payments per year) **Gross Annual Salary:** €21412.72 **Contract Type:** Replacement **Start Date:** Immediate **End Date of Contract:** September 1, 2026 **Probation Period:** 1 month **Hierarchical Reporting:** Project Manager **Functional Reporting:** Regional Manager for the Community of Madrid JOB MISSION To ensure the provision of alternative accommodation for families experiencing residential exclusion and residing habitually in Madrid, who require specific social support related to socio-residential inclusion, as well as access to temporary accommodation in Madrid, providing the necessary professional, technical, and material support. FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION (NON-EXHAUSTIVE) Assist in the reception of families. Carry out tasks required to guarantee the basic service provisions. Provide information about service operations. Support tasks assigned by educators or social workers. Accompany families to external appointments within the intervention process defined by the technical team. Support socio-educational activities defined in each socio-residential integration pathway. Ensure compliance with instructions to enable proper service operation and implementation of directives established by service coordination, subject to prior approval by municipal technical staff. Any other duties arising within the scope of the required professional profile and category. Attend CIRA inspections. Technical inspection of housing units. Procurement management of cleaning supplies and household items for housing units. Administrative and accounting tasks for the project. Coordination with suppliers (orders, cash payments, generating payment files, etc.). BENEFITS Flexible start and end times. Minimum Requirements ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS Secondary Education Graduate (ESO). COMPLEMENTARY TRAINING Training in social intervention. **PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:** At least one year of experience working with individuals at risk of social exclusion, temporary accommodations, etc. At least one year of experience working in interdisciplinary teams. At least six months of experience in social care. OTHER MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Advanced-level office software proficiency (Microsoft Office). Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. Certificate confirming no convictions for sexual offenses. Training related to the National Security Framework. **DESIRABLE:** Training in gender equality and/or gender perspective. Disability certificate indicating at least 33% disability. Leisure and free-time activities monitor certification. **Knowledge of districts:** Centro, Chamberí, Fuencarral-El Pardo, Moncloa-Aravaca, Tetuán, Arganzuela, Carabanchel, Latina, Usera, and Villaverde (neighborhoods, streets, public transport, public services, etc.) Vocational Training (FP) in Social Integration or Socio-Cultural Animation.
