




Job Summary: We are seeking customer service representatives to advise on travel insurance, manage incidents, and process claims in a supportive environment focused on resolving customer queries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer support and advisory services regarding contracts and online products 2. Management of travel-related incidents, complaints, and claims processing 3. Travel assistance and resolution of policy-related inquiries We are looking for customer service representatives in the tourism sector with proficiency in English and Portuguese and/or Italian. You will work at an insurance brokerage located in Madrid Centro, in the Príncipe Pío area. Your responsibilities will include providing support and advice to customers regarding their contracts, handling incoming calls, and assisting with questions about online products. You will also manage travel-related incidents, complaints, and claims processing. Additionally, you will provide travel assistance and resolve policy-related inquiries. This is a temporary contract from May to September, with potential for permanent employment. You must be available to work Monday through Sunday, on fixed shifts: morning (8\-17h or 9\-18h) or afternoon (14\-22h). The working arrangement is hybrid, alternating three days of remote work and two days in the office. The annual gross salary is €20\.315, plus incentives and a language bonus. * Previous experience in customer service within the insurance and/or tourism sector is mandatory. * Fluency in Spanish \+ English and/or PORTUGUESE or ITALIAN is mandatory. * Experience in resolving travel-related incidents for customers or tourism-related issues is highly desirable. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday and to fulfill the assigned shift.
