Do you have extensive experience in personnel selection and hiring? We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with at least 5 years of experience. ***Responsibilities:*** * HR department document management. * Drafting official documents and internal communications. * Collection and management of digital signatures on employment contracts. * Monitoring and updating attendance records and working hour logs. * Support in personnel selection processes (resume screening, interviews, candidate coordination). * Other administrative tasks inherent to the position. ***Requirements:*** * Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in Human Resources. * Knowledge of personnel selection and hiring processes. * Proficiency in office software and HR platforms. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. * Excellent communication skills. * Hardworking, autonomous, and solution-oriented profile. * Proficiency in MS Office and Excel. ***Conditions:*** * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule. * Salary commensurate with candidate’s qualifications. * On-site work. * Immediate start.
