Your mission is to review and dispatch orders to suppliers in accordance with internal procedures. We are seeking an Export Assistant based in the vicinity of Madrid (Spain) or Lisbon (Portugal). **As an Export Assistant, you will:** * Validate and track export and Africa customer orders: Review \+ Enter and monitor purchase orders (POs) through to delivery \+ invoicing * Verify and validate global deals * Ensure compliance with administrative requirements related to dual-use goods regulations * Serve as the liaison between carriers and our Dubai hub teams * Monitor and coordinate tracking of shipments dispatched from our Dubai hub * Update logistics-related information in our shipment tracking system * Act as the internal point of contact for export and Africa-related requests **QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** \| **About You** **The ideal Export Assistant will possess the following qualifications:** * *Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role* * *Strong command of English and French* * *Prior experience working with an ERP system* **WHO IS EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS?** \| **Why Work With Us** We are people-centric and firmly believe that talent enables us to sustain our capacity for disruption and growth in the future.
