




Position Summary: We are seeking a nighttime logistics coordinator to supervise operations, optimize routes, and manage driver teams—resolving issues and preparing reports. Key Highlights: 1. Resolution of unforeseen incidents and team management under pressure We are looking for an organized individual to supervise nighttime logistics operations in Madrid. Your primary mission will be to directly coordinate loading and unloading processes, striving for maximum efficiency in planning and managing a team of drivers. You will use computer tools and communication systems to optimize routes and assign tasks, ensuring each driver receives the clearest and most effective instructions. You will also be responsible for resolving any issues that arise during service, managing the continuous flow of goods between our base and the distribution platform. At the end of each shift, you will prepare detailed reports to evaluate and improve our procedures. A minimum of three years’ experience in similar positions is required, ideally in logistics or fleet management. We value initiative, composure under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills. Availability to work the nighttime shift initially—including weekends—is essential, with the expectation of rotating shifts later on. Professional training and proficiency in Microsoft Office will be considered an advantage. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles (Radio Technician or Logistics Coordinator), preferably in handling companies and radio operations. Medium-level Vocational Training Cycle. Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Methodical, orderly, proactive profile with high stress-management capacity. Availability to work the initial nighttime shift from Monday to Sunday, with flexibility for subsequent rotating shifts. Two years of general experience required.
