Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead the on-premise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central lifecycle, including development, customization, and strategic evolution. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for the full lifecycle of Dynamics 365 Business Central. 2. Development of complex extensions and customizations in AL. 3. Internal consulting and functional support. We are seeking a professional for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development in Madrid. The selected candidate will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central on\-premise. This includes leading architectural decision-making, performing advanced customizations, and planning the strategic evolution of this critical tool supporting our national projects. Main responsibilities include developing complex extensions and customizations in AL language, as well as maintaining and administering the on\-premise environment. The role also involves internal consulting—engaging with stakeholders and end users to analyze business processes and provide functional support. SQL Server database management and PowerShell automation are equally important. A minimum of 5 years’ solid experience developing in AL for Business Central is required, including transitions from C/AL to AL and extension model implementation. A degree or engineering qualification in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field is mandatory, along with expert-level proficiency in extensions, SQL Server, and on\-premise environment administration. High autonomy and technical leadership capability are highly valued. The position offers an indefinite full-time contract with an annual gross salary between 35\.000 € and 40\.000 €.
