We are a company specializing in outdoor escape games based on real stories, and we are seeking self-employed Game Masters to guide participants and bring our experiences to life. Job Description As a Game Master, you will be responsible for: • Leading and energizing outdoor escape games across various areas of Madrid. • Narrating the story and setting the atmosphere to fully immerse participants in the experience. • Explaining the rules and answering questions during gameplay. • Ensuring participants enjoy a unique and memorable experience. • Adapting the experience according to the group's language (Spanish and English). Required Profile We are looking for someone who is: • Self-employed and registered under the Spanish self-employed workers' regime. • Experienced in customer service, events, tourism, or animation. • Fluent in both Spanish and English (additional languages are valued). • Skilled in communication and group facilitation. • Responsible, punctual, and organized. • Passionate about Madrid’s history and culture (basic knowledge of Madrid’s history is a plus). Terms & Conditions Contract Type: • Freelance / Self-employed • Schedule: Flexible, primarily on weekends and holidays. Ideal for combining with other projects. • Salary: Compensation varies depending on the language used during the activity. • Contract Duration: Long-term collaboration, with the possibility of conducting multiple events per week, subject to availability and demand.
