Your Role: Your mission will be to monitor and manage all flights scheduled by IBERIA, ensuring operational safety, punctuality, efficiency, and minimizing the impact of incidents. To achieve this mission, the OPSCONTROLLER will face the following key challenges: Your Challenges: * Coordinate actions and processes to implement effective solutions, adapting the flight schedule in response to any disruptions. * Ensure operational safety amid daily disruptions. * Monitor and understand all possible internal or external causes of disturbance. * Collect relevant information regarding potential delays, airport issues, fleet status, crew resources, customer needs, etc. * Analyze and report on operational performance, and promptly and efficiently suggest improvements directly to the Department Coordinator or Manager. * Manage ACMI and CHARTER flights, as well as SLOTs. Your Knowledge: * Full proficiency in Spanish. * Spoken and written English (minimum B2 level); demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders involved in flight monitoring. * Proven experience in aircraft operations, preferably in Flight Operations, CCO, Airport Handling, or MCC. * Experience with Office 365 software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Express, for preparing accurate reports for management. * Familiarity with IT systems and aviation software (TSC, FTM, ARMS, SITA). * Experience in administrative tasks. * Familiarity with all business functions within the CCO, including flight dispatch, crew control, maintenance and routing, airport handling, and passenger assistance. Competencies * Ability to handle and track multiple concurrent processes. * Analytical and spatial reasoning skills to identify problems and creatively mitigate them. * Empathy and strong teamwork and collaboration skills with other areas of the Operations Control Center. * Aptitude for decision-making and problem-solving, with awareness and responsibility. * Excellent organizational and coordination skills. * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
