Therefore, it is essential that our ERP systems remain aligned and that our workflows become progressively more global and unified. For this reason, our Information Technology department is seeking three new professionals to help standardize SAP-based workflows across various strategic areas, managing diverse projects. **ABOUT THE TEMPORARY PAYROLL TECHNICIAN ROLE** We are currently seeking a professional whose primary mission will be to execute Human Resources Administration, Payroll, and Social Security processes. Key responsibilities include: * Drafting employment contracts, extensions, and conversions, and communicating with SEPE (Spanish Public Employment Service). * Social Security registrations (Siltra, Sistema Red). * Processing payroll incidents, verifications, payments, and closures for multi-collective-agreement companies with high employee volumes. * Preparing termination settlements (finiquitos). * Managing loans, advances, and court-ordered wage garnishments. * Managing absences, liaising with official bodies, and handling * Unemployment certificates. * Providing customer support and assistance. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?** * Higher vocational training degree (FP) related to these functions. * One year of experience is desirable. * Knowledge of SAP HR is desirable. * Intermediate level proficiency in Excel. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Hybrid work model combining on-site and remote work. * A positive work environment and collaborative culture. * Ongoing mentoring and continuous learning opportunities. * Employee discounts extendable to three people of your choice (family members or friends). * Meal vouchers. * Discount portal for purchases with our partners (leisure, travel, shopping, etc.). * Flexible compensation allowing you to allocate part of your salary toward additional benefits. * Access to our employee wellness app.
