FULL-TIME BAKER - MADRID

We are looking for experienced bakers to perform the duties associated with this position, in alignment with the company's established guidelines. Turris, a bakery company with a long and successful track record in Catalonia, is now expanding into Madrid. If you are passionate about your craft and do not wish to work with frozen or pre\-cooked loaves, irregular shifts, or unfulfilled promises, Turris is your project. We offer a professional working environment, long fermentations, bulk doughs, and top\-quality products. Your primary mission will be to handle the product appropriately so that it maintains its quality upon reaching our customers. \- Baking. \- Dividing. \- Shaping. \- Supporting the pastry and confectionery section, overseeing and completing the product for sale. **Requirements:** \- Proven experience as a baker accustomed to handling a wide variety and large volume of products. \- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. \- Hygiene and cleanliness when handling products. \- Detail\-oriented and responsible individual regarding product handling. \- Ability to comply with health and safety regulations. **Offered:** \- Permanent contract. \- 40\-hour workweek (05:00 \- 13:00). \- Job stability. \- Excellent working atmosphere. \- Growth opportunities.
