The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. You will be proactive and capable of appropriately prioritizing your daily tasks. Initiative in organizing your work and the ability to resolve issues promptly will be highly valued. **Responsibilities** * Reviewing and monitoring expenses. * Liaising with the labor management agency regarding employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications. * Liaising with the administrative management agency for accounting tasks. * Invoicing and revenue tracking. * Interfacing with various government agencies to initiate and follow up on official procedures. * Managing physical and digital archives. * Supporting other office team members with their administrative and management needs. **Requirements** * Minimum two years of experience in a similar role. * Positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities, with excellent interpersonal communication skills. * Ability to multitask. * Attention to detail. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Advanced proficiency in Google Suite.
