Madrid, Spain (On\-Site) The installer role sits within the Installations Department under Bids \& Projects and actively participates in the field deployment of solutions. As part of a team reporting to a Site Manager and coordinated by a Supervisor, you will **primarily perform the following duties:** * Responsible for ensuring quality, safety, health, and environmental compliance for tasks assigned by the Site Manager / Supervisor. * Early identification and reporting of any unplanned activities or deviations from standards or best practices regarding quality, safety, health, and environment. * Daily tracking and reporting of on-site activities to the Supervisor, progress monitoring, and production measurement. * Responsible for verifying material suitability on site prior to installation and ensuring subcontractors complete inspection points. * Conduct sampling of inspection points. * Collect information to dynamically update civil works and building designs based on changes arising during on-site execution. * Perform assembly and connection of signaling elements. * Adjust signaling elements (track circuits, signals, axle counters). * Provide engineering support during the testing phase. **What Profile Are We Looking For?** * Minimum qualification: Vocational training. * English language knowledge desirable. * Proven experience in installation and adjustment of railway signaling equipment. * Willingness to travel. **What We Offer You...** * Approximately 35 working days of vacation per year. * Be Easy program, offering services supporting your well-being and that of your close circle. * Pension plan. * Flexible remuneration plan. * Financial supplements linked to activity and additional to the fixed annual gross salary. * Annual training plan tailored to your role, covering skills, languages, technical competencies, etc. * An organization that considers diversity and inclusion strategic pillars: we work toward gender equality; we aim for intergenerational coexistence and mutual learning; we enrich ourselves through all cultures and nationalities; we believe all abilities are valuable and necessary; and we foster a safe environment for everyone, regardless of sexual orientation.
