Management of complex individual cases Job Offer: · Law Graduate with experience in the housing sector Number of vacancies · 1 Job Description · Lawyer holding a university degree in Law, with a minimum of one year’s experience in intervention programs for families facing housing-related vulnerability. Responsibilities · Provide legal advice to the team: through training sessions and staying continuously updated on changes and amendments to housing legislation · Prepare informational and training documents and guides so that the team has the necessary materials to handle referred cases and provide legal advice · Manage individual cases independently (not jointly with the social team) in cases requiring high legal intensity (e.g., mortgage enforcement proceedings and cases assessed weekly during case review meetings — always considering availability and workload as evaluated by the service coordinator) · Perform standard service duties: ad hoc user legal advice (once per week), provide legal information—including rights and obligations under contracts—to dissemination channels, etc. Work Location: · Province: Madrid · Municipality: Madrid, Vallecas Contract Type and Working Hours · Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. Group 1.
