##### **Responsibilities** * Study and prepare the documentation required to submit commercial offers and tenders, in accordance with the guidelines of the relevant authority, to secure award and contracting. * Detailed analysis of tender documents/specifications. Preparation of technical\-economic proposals. Generation of offer documentation, reports, and budgets. * Conduct feasibility and risk analysis of offers during the study phase. * Design solutions and alternatives to meet customer requirements. Development of studies and projects. * Identify and pre-qualify service providers, equipment suppliers, material vendors, and human resources. Liaise with contractors and international partners. Obtain technical offers and information. Analyze and incorporate the best proposals into the budget and final offer. * Support the Business Development Department in presenting, defending, and following up on offers with clients. ##### **Requirements** * Engineering degree. * English proficiency at negotiation level. * French is a plus. * Willingness and ability to travel internationally. * Minimum 10 years of professional experience. * Advanced Excel user. General IT knowledge relevant to the sector is valued (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.). * Proactive, effective, practical, organized, analytical, and multidisciplinary individual, capable of working in dynamic environments and under tight, demanding deadlines.
