We are looking for you as: **SHIFT SUPERVISOR – PACKAGING ROOM** =================================== **Location** Madrid **Contract Type** Permanent **Start Date** September 2025 At Grupo Boniquet, we are leaders in the manufacturing and packaging of cosmetic products for third parties. We operate multiple industrial plants in Barcelona, Alicante, and Madrid (Arganda del Rey). Currently, for one of our plants in Arganda del Rey, we are seeking a SHIFT SUPERVISOR FOR PRODUCTION AND PACKAGING. However, we are not only seeking that role — our long-term vision drives us to identify a candidate with strong development potential who, over time, may assume the position of PRODUCTION AND PACKAGING MANAGER. Thus, initially you will perform Shift Supervisor duties, gaining familiarity with the plant, its processes, and the people who make up the company; after a period of time, you will be prepared to take on the role of Production Manager. We seek a committed individual eager to grow with us. **Requirements:** --------------- We seek a passionate, self-confident individual who wishes to grow with us.
