Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance in labor policies ### **Description** Join Grupo Ortiz as a **Labor Relations Technician** at the Group's Central Office! You will be responsible for the full management of assigned workers from various environmental, conservation and maintenance, and cleaning services. **Main Responsibilities** * Personnel Administration * Prepare, update, and manage employment files. * Support hiring processes, social security registrations, contract renewals, and terminations. * Monitor attendance, absences, medical leaves, and vacations. * Enter data into HR or payroll systems. Labor Relations * Support the prevention and resolution of labor conflicts. * Facilitate communication between workers and supervisors. * Apply the disciplinary regime within assigned services. Legal and Regulatory Compliance * Ensure application of labor policies in accordance with current legislation. * Maintain required documentation up-to-date for internal or external audits. * Support occupational health and safety (OHS) processes when necessary. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, * In-depth knowledge of labor law and payroll regulations, * Conflict resolution skills and service orientation, * Proficiency in IT tools and HR systems, * Confidentiality and professional ethics.
