We specialize in the end-to-end development of all processes involved in hotel transformation. We design, construct, and manage the procurement and installation of furniture, ensuring comprehensive, high-quality service for every hotel project. If you seek a dynamic environment and a new challenge within a multinational company—where you can leverage your expertise and advance your professional career through innovative projects in the hotel sector—we want to meet you! **What will be your mission?** As a **Site Manager**, you will be fully responsible for managing assigned projects, ensuring compliance with established quality, safety, and delivery schedule standards. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * You will plan, supervise, and coordinate daily activities across assigned projects. * You will ensure each project meets quality and safety standards while respecting execution timelines. * You will manage and lead construction teams, ensuring optimal coordination among in-house staff, subcontractors, and suppliers. * You will control the allocated budget, optimize available resources, and ensure the economic viability of each project. * You will maintain smooth communication with all stakeholders, anticipating and resolving potential issues. * You will prepare periodic reports on project status and progress, identifying possible deviations and proposing effective solutions. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Per diems and accommodation in case of relocation outside the autonomous community where you normally reside. * Competitive salary commensurate with your experience and skills. * Opportunities for growth and professional development within a continuously expanding company. * The chance to work on large, challenging projects both nationally and internationally in the hotel sector. **Requirements:** --------------- **Who are we looking for? You are the person we seek if:** * You hold a degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related field. * You have at least 5 years’ prior experience as a Site Manager, preferably in the retail, food & beverage, and/or hospitality sectors. * You possess knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Microsoft Project. * You are a natural leader with a positive, solution-oriented, and committed attitude. * You are accustomed to working under pressure in dynamic environments.
