**Description** --------------- We are looking for an AI Implementation Analyst with strategic vision, hands-on experience in generative AI, automation, and business analysis, and deep knowledge of the insurance sector. You will work **remotely**, collaborating with international teams to support the digital transformation of broking and operations processes across Western Europe. You will play a key role in training and developing AI capabilities across the organization, driving adoption and change in collaboration with local teams. **The Role** * Serve as the point of contact for local implementation teams working on AI and automation projects, focusing on building intelligent agents and optimizing processes. * Collaborate remotely with stakeholders from broking, operations, and technology across multiple countries to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements for AI-based solutions. * Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for AI and automation initiatives. * Participate in the design and manage the development, testing, and deployment of intelligent agents and automated workflows, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and deliver measurable value. * Conduct process mapping and impact analysis to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvement. * Support change management, training, and user adoption to integrate AI solutions across teams and countries, acting as a facilitator and coach (not as a team leader). * Actively contribute to AI and automation project governance, helping leaders manage priorities, capacity, and resources to ensure projects align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time and to specification. * Proactively and dynamically share knowledge by designing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and materials that enhance AI competencies across different countries, driving digital skills development throughout the organization. * Collaborate closely with country implementation teams to ensure effective change management, adapting AI initiatives to local needs and fostering global adoption. * Monitor project progress, proactively manage risks, and track benefit realization, reporting outcomes to project leads and stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with regulations, data privacy, and internal governance standards throughout the project lifecycle. * Contribute to continuous improvement of AI and automation practices by sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues internationally. **Qualifications** ------------------ **The Requirements** * Solid understanding of AI technologies, prompt engineering, and automation, with the ability to apply this knowledge to improve business processes and outcomes. * Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the insurance sector (broking, claims, or operations), preferably in international or remote environments. * Ability to proactively and dynamically share knowledge by designing and delivering training and workshops that drive AI competency development across different countries and teams. * Excellent change management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multifunctional and multicultural teams in a fully remote setting. * Logical, analytical, and structured thinking, combined with initiative, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-evolving digital environment. * Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and seek feedback and support when needed. * Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (minimum C1), with the ability to communicate, train, and prepare materials in both languages. **Education and Certifications** * Preferred bilingual: native/fluent Spanish and English at minimum C1 level (ability to communicate, train, and prepare presentations in both languages for a regional audience). Additional European languages desirable. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field. * Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., BCS, IIBA) or AI/ML (Coursera, Microsoft, Google). * Experience with AI tools and automation platforms (Power Platform, Copilot, RPA, etc.). * Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI) and cloud environments (Azure, AWS). * Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to creatively solve problems. * Communication skills and willingness to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams across Europe.
