We are currently expanding and seeking TELEOPERATORS for one of our most important financial services clients. We are looking for sales-oriented profiles with ambition and a strong focus on results. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** * Making outbound calls TO CLIENTS for banking operations such as cash transfers. * Providing specialized advice and closing insurance sales. **JOB CONDITIONS** * **Prior in-person and selective training.** We want you to become an expert in this sector, so we will provide comprehensive product training from August 27 to September 02, conducted in person at our offices, from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. * **Permanent discontinuous employment contract** directly with us, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract. * **Start date:** In-person at our offices near Hospital 12 de Octubre, with excellent public transport access via bus, Renfe, and Metro. * **Attractive salary:** Fixed base salary according to the Contact Center collective agreement (€1,098.69 gross/month) \+ uncapped commissions. * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. (30 hours/week) \+ one Saturday per month. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum education: MANDATORY completion or official recognition of Compulsory Secondary Education. * Prior experience in sales or customer service will be considered favorably. **SKILLS**: * Excellent communication and verbal fluency. * Commercial ambition and results orientation. * Proactive profile and commitment to the project.
