We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large\-scale technologic solutions to big companies. **What are we looking for?** We’re seeking a **Data Business Analyst** to join our Data Visualization Competence Center with Tableau and SQL skills to support our transition to a new data platform. In this role, your focus will be to analyse the current BI landscape, understand business needs, and identify gaps between the legacy and future data environments. **Responsibilities:** While you won’t be building dashboards full\-time initially, you must be able to read, interpret, troubleshoot, and eventually build or enhance Tableau reports, and work hands\-on with SQL to validate and explore data as part of your analysis. **Minimum requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or related discipline. * 3\+ years in a data/BI/business analyst or similar role. * Solid hands\-on experience with Tableau and SQL. * Ability to conduct gap analysis and map current vs future state in data/reporting environments. * Skilled in creating clear, structured documentation. * Ability to understand and communicate data/reporting\-related changes and its business impact * Ability to translate technical findings into clear, business\-friendly insights. * Data analysis and problem solving skills. * Exceptional communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders. * Detail\-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiples tasks and prioritize effectively. * Proactive, collaborative, and customer\-focused approach to solving problems. **What can we offer?** 23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days!
