




Position Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer to analyze, validate, and optimize water treatment processes, resolve complex problems, and propose improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and multidisciplinary collaboration **Responsibilities** * Analyze, validate, and optimize water treatment processes holistically, covering design, commissioning, and operation. * Evaluate actual plant performance against established design criteria. * Identify, analyze, and resolve complex process issues in operating plants. * Propose and implement improvements aimed at operational stability and plant efficiency. * Provide technical support for projects in operation and during the engineering phase. * Support EPC and Development teams in the technical design of plants and preparation of new proposals. * Contribute to the standardization and improvement of process and operational technical documentation. * Participate in reducing technical incidents through structured analysis and corrective proposals. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, EPC, and Operations teams. * Support the consolidation of a future Engineering and Process Technical Management department. Requirements * University degree in Sanitary Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Civil Engineering. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in hydraulic and/or process engineering, preferably in water treatment. * Knowledge of design, operation, and commissioning of wastewater/water treatment plants (WWTP/WTP). * Strong analytical ability and technical judgment for resolving complex problems. * Experience in multidisciplinary project environments (EPC, operations, development). * Cross-functional teamwork and technical communication skills. * Profile with high growth potential, proactivity, and results orientation.
