Order Picker (Forklift Operator)

Company
Description
The position involves managing goods within the warehouse, with a focus on order picking and preparation. The selected candidate will use a reach truck to move through aisles, locate products according to picking orders, and safely transport them to consolidation and dispatch areas. This role is critical in the logistics chain, as it ensures that requested items are accurately selected and prepared for packaging and shipment to the end customer. High concentration and precision are required to avoid order errors, as well as care to prevent damage to goods during handling. The worker must maintain an orderly and safe working environment, collaborating with the team to meet daily productivity targets and delivery deadlines. A temporary full-time contract is offered. A valid forklift operator license and an official diploma certifying training in operating powered industrial trucks—specifically counterbalanced and reach-type models—are mandatory. No specific academic qualification is required; however, prior experience in a logistics warehouse environment and demonstrated practical ability to operate such equipment safely are essential. The ability to work efficiently under pressure, follow established procedures, and maintain a high level of attention to detail in all goods-handling tasks will be valued.
