Supervise and ensure the industrialization level of products within the business unit. Identify pending requirements to achieve full industrialization (bills of materials, prototypes, production means, technical definitions, roadmaps). Ensure proper industrialization of new products during the startup phase. Align the production plan with delivery commitments. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in the industrial process. Track product progress from an industrial perspective. Experience in product industrialization within industrial environments. Knowledge of configuration management methodologies and product definition. Experience in industrialization processes. Knowledge of SAP applied to manufacturing environments (ERP). Ability to interpret project documentation. Experience in cost management, estimation, and budget preparation. Experience in production material management, including prototyping and procurement. Familiarity with industrialization phases and product roadmaps (PPI).
