To this end, we will train you in railway authorizations that are necessary and critical for working in this environment. The Railway Safety Pilot authorization for train operations authorizes you to perform infrastructure surveillance and protection of works on the infrastructure related to railway operational safety, as well as level crossing surveillance. How will we do it? Initially, we will train you to obtain this authorization. During this training period (approximately 2 months), you will be employed under an indefinite part-time contract; upon obtaining the authorization, you will transition to an indefinite full-time contract. The training period includes theoretical and practical instruction and an examination with Adif. Once passed, You will officially become a Railway Safety Pilot.
