Participation in the quality management system **Positions Available** ---------------------- 4 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 4 Laboratory Technicians to support atmospheric pollution-related activities in the Community of Madrid. **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Support in laboratory management activities, such as procurement of consumables, preparation of expenditure proposals, and inventory control of laboratory materials. * Receiving and inspecting incoming material orders; verifying correspondence between requested and delivered items upon receipt. * Preparing sampling kits and dispatching them to various stations. * Receiving, registering, aliquoting, storing, and distributing samples to different laboratory units; identifying potential anomalies and documenting and notifying them to enable process improvement. * Scanning and archiving documentation accompanying samples. * Performing gravimetric tests: balance verification, weighing of blank filters and sampled filters. * Preparing received samples prior to chemical analysis. * Preparing standards and solutions. * Supporting chemical analysis of samples according to various methodologies (GC\-MS, GC\-FID, HPLC, ICP\-MS, pH, conductivity, ICP\-OES, ion chromatography, UV\-Vis spectrophotometry, and CVAFS). * Performing and recording established equipment verification, maintenance, and calibration operations. * Carrying out assigned laboratory quality management system activities in accordance with the role, and completing corresponding records. * Transferring analytical results into Excel result tables. * Supporting calibration and verification activities of automatic analyzers before and after technical supervision of stations. * Supporting supervision of EMPE/VAC/CAMP network stations. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process documentary evidence supporting information declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV, whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold an official Spanish FP II or Higher Vocational Training Cycle qualification in the professional fields of Health, Chemistry, Food Industries, Safety and Environment, Agriculture, and/or Maritime-Fisheries (qualification officially recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Availability to undertake up to 8 domestic trips, each lasting at least 4 days (candidate must drive the company-assigned vehicle). * Valid Class B driver’s license. **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Languages** * English Level: B1 ### **Prior Experience** * From 1 day to 9 months of experience in sample reception and computerized registration (academic and/or employment-contract-based experience). * From 1 day to 9 months of experience in performing gravimetric tests (academic and/or employment-contract-based experience) (to be verified during technical assessment). * From 1 day to 9 months of experience in chemical analysis of samples using methodologies (GC\-MS, GC\-FID, HPLC, ICP\-MS, pH, conductivity, ICP\-OES, ion chromatography, UV\-Vis spectrophotometry, CVAFS) (academic and/or employment-contract-based experience; to be verified during technical assessment). **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated to last approximately 6 months, with possible extension if applicable and respecting maximum duration limits established under current labor legislation for each contractual modality. Contract type and duration will depend on the hiring cause, project, and circumstances of the selected candidate(s). + If a training/practice contract is formalized, the candidate’s qualification must be related to the duties of the position offered, involving tasks appropriate to the qualification linked to the practice contract, thereby enabling acquisition of professional experience commensurate with the level of studies completed. + Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
