We are looking for a **Procurement Engineer** to collaborate with us on procurement processes for Civil Works projects (e.g., roads, railways, etc.). If you have prior experience in a similar role, **we want to meet you!** **Your Responsibilities:** **Procurement Plans** * Preparation, monitoring, and cross-departmental collaboration on Procurement Plans * Identification and agreement on strategic purchases **Direct Contracting and Supplier Management** * Review of project documentation, identification of inconsistencies and opportunities * Proposal of technical alternatives to standard solutions, including regulatory review and presentation to the Design Office (DO) * Sourcing and supplier qualification * Preparation of RFQs and solicitation of quotations * Technical and economic analysis of quotations * Preparation of comparative analyses * Negotiation of prices, scopes, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contractual conditions * Review and negotiation of contractual clauses * Management of quality certificates, technical data sheets, bank guarantees, and warranties * Monitoring of delivery schedules and application of penalties * Resolution of supplier-related incidents * Site visits when required **Cross-Departmental Collaboration** * Collaboration with the Studies Department: Requesting and analyzing quotations for tendered projects, negotiating major equipment, and reviewing client contracts to support suppliers * Collaboration with the Legal Department: Negotiating contractual clauses with suppliers and managing significant contractual incidents **Other Responsibilities** * Monitoring of raw material price indices **Requirements:** * University degree / Engineering (Civil) * Minimum prior experience in the Procurement Department of the sector * Proficiency in computer/office software (Microsoft Office) * English level B2\-C1 * Willingness to travel internationally **What We Offer:** * **Stability:** Join a solid company with national and international operations. * **Professional Development:** Growth within the procurement and supply chain area. * **Continuous Learning:** Participation in dynamic, multidisciplinary projects. * **Flexible Compensation:** Transportation, meal vouchers, private health insurance, childcare assistance, and training. * **Join Aldesa** At Aldesa, you’ll find more than just a job—you’ll find a place to grow.
