**Qida ELA**
**Qida ELA** is Qida’s **specialized unit** dedicated to comprehensive home care for **people living with ALS.**
We have an **expert multidisciplinary team** delivering evidence-based, coordinated, and continuous support.
Our purpose is to provide the **highest standard of home care, guaranteeing safety, well-being, and quality of life** at every stage of the disease.

* **+35,000** hours of specialized ALS home care services.
* **25%** of Qida’s caregivers are **trained and specialized in ALS.**
**What would your role be?**
* Your role will focus exclusively on Qida ELA.
* Conduct physical, cognitive, and social assessments of assigned cases (in-person or online, as appropriate) and develop Individual Work Plans.
* Identify suitable family caregivers for your cases and perform final validation of those profiles, preferably in person.
* Ensure initial and ongoing training for family caregivers.
* Support, advise, and promote the professional development of family caregivers in performing their duties.
* Coordinate directly with the administrative and recruitment teams to ensure excellent service management: client onboarding/offboarding, family caregiver onboarding/offboarding, vacation scheduling, planning, absenteeism, sick leave (IT), and other incidents.
* Address, understand, and monitor evolving needs of service users and their families at each stage of service delivery, as well as those of family caregivers.
* Conduct remote and/or in-person case follow-up and accompaniment according to the established frequency.
* Manage incidents and operational tasks arising throughout service delivery, providing timely, high-quality responses.
* Manage and activate associated prevention and care services: physiotherapy, speech therapy, Pensium, telecare.
* Participate in Qida’s cross-functional projects: process improvement, workplace tool enhancement, creation of valuable content for blog, newsletter, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
**Who are we looking for?**
* Candidates holding one of the following qualifications: Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Higher Vocational Training in Nursing Assistance, Pharmacy Technician, or other degrees in the social/healthcare field.
* Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in the dependency sector.
* Proven ability to coordinate people effectively.
* High organizational capacity and attention to detail.
* Strong mediation and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proactive attitude and initiative.
* Own vehicle available (valued).
