Administrative Assistant – Logistics Department
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Logistics Department of a leading company in the textile sector. The position is located in the province of Pontevedra. Main responsibilities include managing and monitoring transportation operations, as well as supporting order processing and control. The candidate will also participate in sourcing new products and maintain smooth communication with the Commercial Department. They will be responsible for tracking delivery dates and preparing reports and KPIs according to established guidelines. Remuneration will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications, starting at €10.26 gross per hour. The position begins with an initial contract through an ETT (Temporary Work Agency), with the possibility of direct incorporation into the company’s permanent staff. The standard working schedule is Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 14:30 and from 15:30 to 18:00.
