**Law Student Intern / Recent Law Graduate — Regulatory Compliance and Privacy** **Position Profile** We are seeking a final-year undergraduate student in Law or a recent graduate with a strong interest in regulatory compliance, data protection, and legal support in security matters. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals wishing to launch their professional career in a corporate environment, gaining hands-on experience in compliance, privacy, and legal document management, while simultaneously developing analytical skills, attention to detail, and rigor in handling sensitive information. **Position Objective** To provide legal support to the Legal Department in regulatory compliance and data privacy matters, actively collaborating in the management of security incidents from a legal perspective, and contributing to the organization’s maintenance of a robust framework for information protection and internal processes. **Key Responsibilities** * **Legal Support / Compliance:** Directly collaborate with the Legal Department and Human Resources in drafting and issuing formal requests, registered letters (burofax), and notifications arising from breaches of internal regulations. This function requires rigorous knowledge of the company’s disciplinary and contractual procedures, as well as the ability to draft communications with legal precision and within established deadlines. * **Confidentiality and GDPR Auditing:** Continuously monitor compliance with personal data protection protocols (GDPR / LOPD) across various departments and organizational processes, identifying potential risks of leakage of confidential or strategic information. This task includes periodic review of access to sensitive information, proposing corrective measures, and collaborating with the Data Protection Officer when necessary. * **Legal Investigation and Reporting:** Participate in investigations of incidents related to internal security breaches, collecting evidence, analyzing facts, and preparing corresponding formal documentation. This responsibility requires strong synthesis and legal writing skills to produce clear, objective, and well-substantiated reports that serve as the basis for management decisions or potential disciplinary proceedings. * **Compliance Document Management:** Draft and support the preparation of minutes, confidentiality agreements (NDAs), and other legal documentation associated with employee departures, sanctions, or internal investigations. This task demands meticulousness in archiving and recording evidence, ensuring traceability and proper documentary backing for each case file. Work Location: On-site employment
