Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Leader in Alzira to plan, supervise, and coordinate the technical team, ensuring optimal plant operation and promoting continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. 2. Technical team coordination and interdepartmental collaboration. 3. Promotion of continuous improvement and staff training. We seek a candidate to lead maintenance operations in Alzira. Responsibilities will include planning and supervising the annual preventive maintenance program, ensuring proper technical operation of the plant for corrective, preventive, and predictive tasks. Periodic reviews will be conducted to assess timing and quality, and smooth communication will be maintained with management to report incidents. The selected candidate will coordinate the technical team and supervisors, collaborate with production and logistics for agile response, and serve as the point of reference for IWS tool usage—training staff and maintaining standards. Additionally, continuous improvement initiatives and team training on key processes—such as fault elimination—will be promoted. This is a full-time position, with a weekly schedule of 40 hours from Monday to Friday, on a split shift with working hours between 08:00 and 17:00, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 4 years’ experience performing the duties described. * We seek a versatile, responsible, and dynamic individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Intermediate English. * GM or GS degree in electromechanics, mechanics, or related field.
