· Semi-annual, monthly, and weekly forecasting of steel requirements to request quotations from suppliers. · Forecasting of requirements for other materials. · Short-term production scheduling, for both stamping and welding and assembly. · Assignment of machines for production. · Assignment of human resources for production. · Monitoring adherence to planned production batches. · Forecasting of inventory volume in warehouses. · Monitoring warehouse turnover rates. · Monitoring of external warehouses. · Tracking of external work. .
